Annie
and her owner Capt Jim Elliott hail from the Anna Maria Island Area of Florida.
Annie has been specially trained to swim live bait to the wade fisherman in her
charter group. Capt. Elliott's boat has been custom rigged with a swim platform
just for Annie.
